I have not developed much except he is from Rohan, grew up in the stables and excelled at riding and training horses. A good judge of horseflesh, too.


Read Hobbit, LOTR, Farmer Giles, got about 100 pages into The Sil

6. Have you seen the movies?
Yes, all of them and repeatedly. The cartoon of The Hobbit and The Return of the King. The Ralph Bakshi LotR. Of course I have seen the Peter Jackson LotR in the theater and have the extended DVDs and have watched them repeatedly.

7. How did you learn about us?
LotRO forums, seen your Kin in game and was invited to join a Justice run in Misty Mountains by a group of Numenorian Guard

9. Do you know any members of Sons of Numenor?
No

10. Have you belonged to any other Kinships in LOTRO?
I played for a few months after launch and was in the Order of th Secret Fire (or something like that)

I have been a good active member in most guilds, but was only an officer in my AoC guild. I will help other players. I play for the fun and the immersion.

Although in character, I may not have a fully fleshed-out backstory for my character. I am playing with a mindset and a general background.

Tiw is from Rohan and has a history of breaking and training horses, but I have not given him a specific back story. I have a low level champion Raisie, who is his sister. In time I will develop their stories better.

My 48 Hunter, Pedric, has a more complete backstory including parental history and upbringing.

So when I am on Tiw, I am role playing a more general character while with Pedric it is more specific. I do have a feel for the personalities of each and play them so.

Remember that we have uniforms for members to wear optionally, and not as optionally at major events.

We gather weekly, but optionally, for a Trivia contest and mounted patrol. This is held on Sunday, typically at 9:45 through 10:30, feel free to join us.

Take a swing at posting a "get to know me" event on our calendar. Nothing big, and it can actually piggy-back onto any of our events. Just a way to show you how to use the calendar, and to help members meet you.

We have several in-game chat rooms. SoN.NG, SoN.RP, and SoN.Raiders. We use them to break-up Kinship chat into more workable channels. And we communicate with the Numenorian Guard, a companion Kinship we have.

Numenorian Guard is a group of SoN members who focus on raiding and endgame, they invite us to events often. Our member can have characters in both Kinships at any time. They are basically just a different wing of the same Kinship.
